Michael Torres who goes by the moniker Myke is a Puerto Rican musician and rapper. He was born on January 15in 1994 in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. The name he changed to in the year 2017 by changing his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to pay tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The letter i on the group's name was substituted with a letter Y. Myke is an underground rapper from Puerto Rico who began his career as a teenager. On his SoundCloud page, he posted the first of his own songs. He gained acclaim in 2014 through songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal or En los Bloques. The urban music scene was attracted by the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, along with his take of Drake's"0 to 100%".
