Angela Sun
Angela Sun is an American journalist television presenter sportscaster and documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun was born on October 19, 1979, at Santa Clara County California. She is an award-winning journalist and sportscaster as well as an actor. She holds a bachelor's diploma in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun was a pro surfer, and was a participant in many pro-am surf competitions. This led her to be sponsored by big brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, among others. This recognition was a great slingshot for her career in entertainment. Then, she went into the field of filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun was anchor of news for various channels. Sun was an anchor for Fox Sports Net in 2003. Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. In 2012, she was host of American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun was the host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun is the only Asian American to appear as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her notoriety. She worked on movies including Goliath (2016) and The Floor (2014-2016), Floor(2014-2016) A Perfect Getaway(2009) Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun's feature-length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film about the effects of plastic pollution on the oceans. She composed, directed, and produced the film herself.
